NewDay Church is a contemporary Christian church. We are a part of the movement called Churches of Christ Australia which are represented by the New South Wales body called Churches of Christ NSW/ACT: (ccnswact.org.au)
We have been known as Wollongong Church of Christ until 2013 when our name was changed to NewDay Church and have held premises at a number of different sites across Wollongong. We currently call 25 O’Briens Road in Figtree, home. For a time the Contemporary Institute for Leadership was also an auxiliary of our Church, and trained countless people into ministry, mission and deeper relationship with God. God has been faithful to our church community throughout all our history and we hope that we will continue to be soft to His leading as He takes us into the future.
